Der KATAG Versicherungsdienst ist der firmenverbundene Versicherungsmakler der KATAG-Gruppe.
Wir beraten die Zentrale und die selbstständigen Handelspartner bei Ihren Versicherungsthemen und
Schadensfällen. Zusätzlich stellen wir als Versicherungsmakler unsere Dienstleistung einer Vielzahl von
Unternehmen aller Branchen und Privatpersonen innerhalb und außerhalb der Gruppe zur Verfügung

IHRE AUFGABEN

Betreuung von gewerblichen Kunden in den Sparten Sach-, Haftpflicht-, technische Versicherungen
und Transport
Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Ausschreibung passgenauer Versicherungslösungen
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Verträgen
Kommunikation mit Versicherern, Kunden und externen Partnern

IHR PROFIL

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine
vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Bereich gewerblicher und industrieller Kompositversicherungen wünschenswert
Fachwissen in den relevanten Versicherungssparten und ein gutes Verständnis für unternehmerische
Risiken
Serviceorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Maklerverwaltungsprogrammen
Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt

Duration of training: 2 1/2 years (possible reduction to 2 years under specific conditions)

STUDIES

You are looking for a good mix of academic and practical experience? Then the dual study program is the right choice for you! In a three-month rotation between theory and practice, you will gain exciting insights into various departments of KATAG AG and learn interesting content in business administration at DHBW in Heilbronn. During the theory phases, you will also acquire fascinating knowledge in fashion management and in the end, you will still graduate with a general Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Our goal is for you to gain a versatile understanding of the company so that you can start your professional career with good prospects for permanent employment.

TRAINEE FOR OUR DUAL STUDY PROGRAM B.A. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TRADE (FASHION MANAGEMENT)

TRAINING PROGRAM

Start of training: August 1st of each year
Start of studies on 01 October or 01 January of the year (depending on the study cycle)
Technical college: Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Heilbronn
Duration: 36 months, alternating 3-month theoretical and practical phases
Possible departments at KATAG:
Product management, sales, logistics, finance and accounting, online shop, online marketing

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Good final certificate of higher education entrance qualification or general higher education entrance qualification
Enjoyment of daily interaction with people
Passion for fashion and lifestyle
You are communicative, open-minded and determined.
You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.

You are prepared to change your place of residence every three months.
